Privacy Policy for Poly-Prison

Effective Date: February 21, 2026

Charles Lee Eakins ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") operates the Poly-Prison mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs users of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

1. Information Collection and Use

I do not collect, store, or share any personal data or personally identifiable information. Poly-Prison is a standalone application that operates locally on your device. It does not require an account, does not track your location, and does not harvest user data.

2. Log Data and Analytics

The Service does not currently use any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools that quietly collect device data in the background. If third-party services (such as Unity Analytics or Unity Ads) are integrated in future updates, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.

3. Data Security

Because I do not collect any personal information, your data cannot be leaked, sold, or compromised by this Service.

4. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Since no data is collected from any user, no data is collected from children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as the Alpha progresses into a full release. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions or suggestions about my Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact me.
